Cutaway
A popular option to a Greven guitar is a cutaway, which adds $300.00 to the base price.
Other Options
Contact me to discuss the options for your guitar. I will provide price quotes at that time.

Delivery Time
My current delivery time is twelve (12) months. Highly-customized instruments are subject to longer build times; exact delivery times vary with the complexity and details of the options ordered.
Approval Period
There is a 15-day approval period for every Greven guitar once it has been delivered.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Greven guitar, I will issue a full refundless return shipping and insurance costsupon the delivery to me of the unaltered and undamaged instrument. The instrument must be in the identical condition as when it shipped out of my shop in order to qualify for a full refund.
Warranty
Each Greven guitar carries an limited lifetime warranty to the original owner. This warranty covers repairs for defects in materials and workmanship. Damage due to neglect, abuse, or extremes of heat and/or humidity are not covered under this warranty, nor are the effects of playing wear and tear that occur from normal use.
Repair and Restoration Services
Regarding non-warranty related issues, I do provide repair and restoration services for all of my instruments at a nominal charge, to both orignal owners and subsequent owners. For warranty repair work, most costs are free, provided all shipping costs are paid by the customer. There is no specific time limit on an instrument's warranty or warranty repairs except that the time period shall not exceed my working lifetime.
