I was fortunate enough to have not one but two completely original 1934 L-00 Gibsons in for repair at the same time recently. They were so amazing in every important respect that I had to make a replica to see how close to the sound of the originals I could achieve with modern materials and building methods.  My L-00v achieves that power and intensity while employing the modern creature comforts of fast neck and low action.  This is a super blues and rag-time guitar.  Likes both finger style and flat picking.
